This spring I am doing something for the YMCA Where kids grades 5 to 6 do a bunch of endurance and strengthth and agility training and more! We learn to use the gym equipment And the The is that if you complete the class you can use the equipment even if your under 13! Now Normally I would come in first in the mile but this time I came in 4TH!! 😦 😦 😦 But with this I plan to practicemy strengthth  and stamina. On the stair climber I want to climb 1643 stairs the amount in the sears tower!! So wish me luck!! Thankz 🙂
